Episode # 47 – Thou Shalt Not Be a Jerk

About

This month’s episode of Thirst No More and Bear Fruit, Julie Castro talks with Jim Coston about having compassion toward those with whom you disagree – whether spiritually, politically, or philosophically. Thou shalt not be a jerk explores the concept that we, as believers in Christ, need to use our two ears to listen to others, even if we don’t agree with them. If we are to show the love of Jesus to the world, we need to be able to reason with them, like the Word of God states. Jim, as a church pastor, challenged his congregation to be open to those who do not have the same belief system. He shares what happened and how we can love and not agree.

Also, Hope Benn and Julie continue their series of the Fruit of the Spirit and talk about faithfulness and gentleness.

This is the 47th show of Thirst No More and Bear Fruit and is the second to the last show before the program sunsets.
